Obstacle course for children between 6 and 14 years where the children meet and challenge famous TV profiles in "Gatloppet" at the end.
The Children's obstacle course is a 1.5 km long course for all children between 6 to 14 years old (all born 2004 to 2012), where they can run around 15 fun barriers and challenge the famous TV profiles in "Gatloppet" at the end. In 2016 and 2017 we visited a total of 28 cities and over 30,000 children have sprung the track and challenged them so far.
We have received 4,9 out of 5 stars from 394 reviews on Facebook, really fun both for the gladiators and for the children, so we are going to visit many new cities this year to share more of the experience.
Before each year we update the course with several new and fun obstacles, and we've done it this year as well. This years course is more challenging and funnier than ever, but the last obstacle is of course the street race where the Gladiators are waiting.
When the children reach the finish line, they get a diploma with all the Gladiators autographs. Before and after each age class runs, they want to meet the children, take some pictures and write some autographs. They are there for their sake and will hang out with the children as much as possible during the day so that everyone gets a chance to meet them. As a parent, you will proudly look at and listen to when your child handles the challenge and pass the Gladiators on the last obstacle. They will also have photographers who shoot all the children around the course and especially when they run in "Gatloppet" these photos will then be available to all the participants.
Every year we make a collection for charity during the tour. During 2017 we collected 335 240 kr to the Children's Cancer Fund, something we are very proud of. Our goal for 2018 is to gather 250 000 kr for BRIS with you and Volkswagen. When you book, you can choose to tick in "My child runs for BRIS", then you donate 25 kr to BRIS and in addition, Volkswagen doubles every contribution. Your contribution of 25 kr will be converted to a total of SEK 50, which goes unpunished to BRIS and their work to support our vulnerable children in society.
Book starting point at www.barnenshinderbana.se, price per child 340 kr.
